		<description>Hi,
I am glad that you have used my workbooks. I work with a lot of athletes (drag racers, softball, soccer, tennis, etc. etc.).
Focus is a huge thing...if you would ever like to call or email me for a few more tips I would be happy to talk with you.
Sounds like you have a great program and I really like your website. The winter is a GREAT time to really hit the practice tree. One of my favorite tips is to do the practice tree and have another person cover up the reaction time and you yell out what you think you did before you see it. I encourage you to write this down and see if you can better with practice. this helps a lot so you can start to feel if you had a good light or not and this can help you know how to drive the finish line. Another thing I like people to do is hit the practice tree a lot in one week (maybe 20 hits/day). Then the next week make yourself just do it 3 times! That is the way it is at the track.2 practices and boom time to race. I also really think it is good to take a couple of weeks and wear your helmet and gloves...shake up your practice!
best wishes and thanks again for the purchase,
